Sanchar Aadhaar (CACMS project) is an initiative of BSNL Corporate office to offer world class Customer Life Cycle management experience to all stake holders like Subscribers, Franchises, Retail Agents, CSCs and other channel partners of BSNL contributing business growth to BSNL. Aim of Sanchar Aadhaar project is to improve customer on-boarding experience through multiple channels like Mobile, Web for all lines of business e.g. Consumer Mobility (CM), Consumer Fixed Access(CFA) and Enterprise Business (EB) customers. Sanchar Aadhaar also thrives on providing highest level of regulatory compliance including TERM Cell, Law Enforcement Agencies, UIDAI, Judiciary and other government establishments as required from time to time.

Sanchar Aadhaar has two major activities namely Customer Acquisition(CA) and Communication Management System (CMS) through which BSNL intends to deliver the e-bills, communications and use this channel to promote all products and services of BSNL to existing customers there by improving the subscriber loyalty for BSNL.
